Please install it to make this shortcode work. -->[\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row el_id=&#8221;who_can_apply&#8221;][vc_column][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<h1 style=\"text-align: center;\">WHO CAN APPLY<\/h1>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Company Type<\/span><\/h2>\n<h3><strong>The start-up<\/strong> must<strong> be incorporated as a<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Private Limited Company (as defined in the Companies Act, 2013) or<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Registered Partnership Firm (Regd. under section 59 of the Partnership Act, 1932) or<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Limited Liability Partnership (under the Liability Partnership Act 2008)<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The date of registration\/incorporation must not be beyond 10 years.<\/span><\/h4>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Annual Turnover<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Start-up should have an annual turnover not exceeding Rs. 100 crore for any of the financial years since its incorporation.<\/span>[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Original Entity<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The entity should not have been formed by splitting up or reconstructing an already existing business.<\/span>[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Innovative &amp; Scalable<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Entity working towards innovation, development, or improvement of products, processes, or services or if it is a scalable business model with high potential of employment generation or wealth creation.<\/span>[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Terms &amp; Conditions-<\/span><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Start-ups have to operate from the MediTech CoE Incubation facility at STPI Lucknow CoE at SGPGI.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Each start-up will be offered a minimum of 5 seats.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Each start-up has to offer equity of up to 5% to STPI as per the present valuation.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The start-up has to pay Rs. 6,000\/- + tax per seat per month for availing all of the above-mentioned facilities. The incubates under product development and R&amp;D shall be offered a rent discount of 40% in 1st year, 25% in 2nd year &amp; 15% in 3rd year as per the STPI Incubation Policy.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text]<!-- Visual Composer plugin not installed.
