Shri Himanshu Kaushik, IAS

Shri Himanshu Kaushik, IAS is currently posted as Special Secretary, IT and Electronics Department, Government of Uttar Pradesh. He also holds the position of Managing Director, Uttar Pradesh Electronics Corporation. In his present role, he is actively engaged in the development of IT parks, formulation of progressive IT policies, and promotion of IT/startup initiatives across the state.
